Help with sending, receiving, and finding your files.

Share with a code

  1. On the sending device, open Pampuko, choose Send, and start a session.
  2. On the receiving device, open Receive and enter the sender's six-character code. A browser can also receive at pampuko.byanr.com.
  3. Choose files on the sender and keep both apps or browser tabs open until both devices report completion.

Give the code only to your intended recipient. Anyone with it may join the session. Code-based connections need internet access to set up the transfer.

Send to a nearby device

In native app versions with nearby discovery, connect both devices to the same local network and allow Local Network access if prompted. Leave the receiver on its Receive screen. On the sender, choose its friendly name under Nearby receivers, then select files. Compare the four-digit match code on both screens and accept the request on the receiver.

Nearby discovery and History depend on the installed native app version and are not part of the web interface. If these options are absent, use a pairing code. Guest Wi-Fi, network isolation, VPNs, or denied Local Network permission can prevent discovery. Nearby sessions need a new request after a disconnection.

Find received files and history

On iPhone or iPad, open Files → Browse → On My iPhone or On My iPad → Pampuko → Inbox. On Android, look in Downloads. In a browser, use the offered download links and check the browser's Downloads list.

In versions with History, open History and choose Sent or Received to see completed transfer records. Delete an entry or use Clear to remove that direction's history. This removes the records only; delete saved files separately in Files or your file manager.

If a transfer will not connect

Check that both devices are online, the sender's session is still open, and the code matches. Keep the apps in the foreground and ensure the receiver has space for the files. End the session and create a fresh code if needed. Some restricted networks block peer connections; try another network or place both devices on the same Wi-Fi.
